Are You Optimisticly Optimistic or Pessimisticly Pessimistic??

A Moment with The Interventionist ™ And what does this all mean anyway?? Well, quite simply look at the way You think and handle a situation. Example:: Your faced with a challenging life decision. You think about it and are convinced that no matter what you decide you will no doubt fail and your convinced that it’s always your fault. You feel that this kind of bad luck clings to you like a magnet and more often than not you are destined to fail as a result. Unfortunately, You are living Pessimisticly Pessimistic. Pessimism has been linked with depression, stress, anxiety,and overall low self esteem and health problems. Now lets look at the opposite.Optomism. Optimism has been shown to serve as a protective factor against depression, as well as a number of serious medical problems. Optimistic people believe that negative events are temporary, limited in scope and overall manageable. In other words, “stuff happens” and it’s not always their fault. In fact they view the negative as an opportunity to grow. therefor feeling a sense of accomlishment and happiness. Psychologists say that optimism may be one of the most important predictors of good physical and mental health. So, can you learn to be Optomistic VS Pessimistic? Absolutely YES! it is a fact that psychological interventions can help change a person’s personality into a new belief structure that re-frames how you think about things that happen regardless of the outcome.
